This Policy applies when ExposeIQ acts as a data controller. It does not apply when we process data solely on behalf of enterprise clients under a separate Data Processing Agreement.

(a) Personal Data You Provide to Us:
- Account & Contact Details: Name, email address, phone number, law firm, practice area, and account preferences when you register or request a demo.
- Case & Jury Data: Case summaries, evidence descriptions, themes, arguments, voir dire responses, and any other information you upload or enter into JuryFit, PanelIQ, or the Deliberation Simulator (which may include Personal Data).
- Feedback & Communications: Messages, support requests, survey responses, or emails sent to us.
- Payment Details: Handled by our third-party processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card information.
- Other Information: Any data you voluntarily provide during demos, consultations, events, or beta testing.
(b) Personal Data We Automatically Collect
- Usage & Device Information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to improve the Services and understand usage. See Section 7 for details.
