These ExposeIQ Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you (“you” or “your”) and ExposeIQ LLC (“ExposeIQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 11950 Nautica Dr., Orlando, Florida 32827. By accessing or using our Services in any way, completing the account registration process, requesting a demo, or browsing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to your access to and use of:

  1. The website located at exposeiq.com and all associated web pages (the “Website”); and
  2. The LENS Jury Intelligence platform, JuryFit, PanelIQ, Deliberation Simulator, voir dire tools, and any related services, features, or content made available to you (together with the Website, the “Services”).


PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. They contain important information about your rights, obligations, and limitations of liability. They also include an agreement to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis (Section 12).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a licensed attorney or authorized representative of a law firm or legal entity.
  • If you register on behalf of a firm or entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and “you” includes both you and the entity.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.


2. Our Services

The Services provide jury intelligence and case strategy tools, including narrative stress-testing, juror profile analysis, voir dire question generation, panel scoring, and deliberation simulation. These are strategic decision-support tools designed to assist licensed attorneys in trial preparation. They do not replace professional legal judgment.

3. Licenses and Restrictions

  • Grant of License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal professional use in legal practice (PI, criminal, commercial, or other litigation matters).
  • Restrictions: You may not:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services.
  • Use the Services to develop a competing product
  • Share your account access with unauthorized users.
  • Upload or input any data that violates applicable law, court rules, or ethical obligations (including confidential or privileged information without proper safeguards).
  • Use the Services in any manner that violates the Prohibited Uses below or any Supplemental Terms.


4. User Content and Inputs

  • You retain ownership of any case materials, evidence descriptions, themes, arguments, or other data you upload or input (“User Content”).
  • By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and use it solely as necessary to provide, improve, and maintain the Services.
  • You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws and ethical rules. Do not upload sensitive client data unless you have taken appropriate steps to protect privilege and confidentiality.

5. Outputs and Insights

  • Outputs, reports, juror profiles, scores, questions, and simulations generated by the Services (“Outputs”) are provided for your internal use only.
  • You may use Outputs in your case preparation and strategy, subject to your professional responsibility obligations. ExposeIQ makes no guarantees regarding case outcomes.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment

  • Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel via your account settings.
  • We use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) for payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing.


7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for any purpose that:

  • Violates applicable laws, court rules, or attorney ethical obligations.
  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Attempts to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access.
  • Involves uploading illegal, harmful, or unethical content.


We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Services, platform, algorithms, and all related technology are owned by ExposeIQ LLC or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
  • You may not remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.


9. Confidentiality and Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding any confidential or privileged information you choose to input.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESULTS. JURY OUTCOMES DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPOSEIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
  • Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Orlando, Florida, on an individual basis. You waive any right to class actions or jury trials.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected].
  • Small Claims: Either party may bring claims in small claims court in Orange County, Florida, for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but Sections 8–12 survive.

14. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ExposeIQ.
  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
  • No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any other breach.
